Recommended Dilution
Flow Cytometry: Neat; 10ul labels 10e6 cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for at least 12 months at 4°C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.

Supplied as a lyophilized powder from PBS, 1% BSA, 5% sucrose, 0.09% sodium azide. Labeled with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) and R-Phycoerythrin (PE). Reconstitute in 1ml sterile ddH2O.

Specificity
Recognizes mouse CD19 and CD3. CD19 is a 95kD cell surface glycoprotein expressed by B lymphocytes. CD3 is also a cell surface glycoprotein expressed by mature T cells.
