| Human 4-1BB Receptor (4-1BBR) is an inhibitor of 4-1BBL and can block 4-1BBL bioactivity. Human 4-1BBR is a 17.7kDa protein consisting of 167 amino acid residues. | | | Catalog # | 0004-02B | | Source | E. coli | | Purity | 98% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC analyses | | Endotoxin | 0.1ng/ug (1EU/ug). | | Biological Activity | Determined by its inhibitory effect of the 4-1BBL mediated stimulation of IL-8 production by human PBMC (peripheral blood mononuclear cells). About 90% of inibition was seen using a concentration of 1ug for both 4-1BBL and 4-1BBR. | | Reconstitution | We recommend a quick spin followed by reconsitution in water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0mg/ml. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or -20°C for future use. | | Storage and Stability | The lyophilized protein is stable for a few weeks at room temperature, but best stored at -20°C. Reconstituted 4-1BBL should be stored in working aliquots at -20°C. | | AA Sequence | MERTRSLQDP CSNCPAGTFC DNNRNQICSP CPPNSFSSAG GQRTCDICRQ CKGVFRTRKE CSSTSNAECD CTPGFHCLGA GCSMCEQDCK QGQELTKKGC KNCCFGTFND QKRGICRPWT NCSLDGKSVL VNGTKERDVV CGPSPADLSP GASSVTPPAP AREPGHS | | Country of Origin | USA | | Molecular Weight | 17.7kDa | | Source | E. coli | | Form | The sterile ltered solution was lyophilized from 0.3X PBS. | | | Important Note | This product is intended for research use only, not for use in human, therapeutic or diagnostic applications. |
