A labeled analgesic derivative of the synthetic -opiate agonist (R)-Methadone and a precursor of -Acetylmethadol. It does not evoke heroin-like discriminative stimulus effects unlike other methadone derivatives. It has inhibitory effect on 5-Hydroxytryptamine uptake.
