Polyclonal Rabbit Affinity Purified B IH
Alpha centractin is also known as actin related protein 1 (ARP1) is an important element of the dynactin complex which is thought to be involved in the organization of the centrosome and Golgi apparatus and determining nuclear nature with manchette microtubules during spermatid differentiation. It is essential for proper cytoskeleton formation and remodeling during mitosis and alpha-centractin under-expression has been found in the fetal down syndrome cortex.
