| Junctional adhesion molecule C is an adhesion molecule found at endothelial intracellular junctions that plays a role in leukocyte transendothelial migration and other inflammatory events. JAM-C seems to be important in the pathophysiology of pancreatitis and therefore could be a promising clinical target. JAM-C expression has been shown to be increased when T lymphocytes are activated. Research has shown that controlling JAM-C may also be a way of controlling pathological angiogenesis. | | | Catalog # | 029520 | | Applications | Suitable for use in Western Blot.
