| TNF receptor associated factor 2 (TRAF2), an adaptor protein and ubiquitin ligase, is a member of the TRAF protein family that is involved in mediating signals from the tumor necrosis factor receptors (TNFRs). This protein directly interacts with TNF receptors, and forms a heterodimeric complex with TRAF1. The protein complex formed by TRAF2 and TRAF1 interacts with the inhibitor-of-apoptosis proteins and functions as a mediator of the anti-apoptotic signals from TNF receptors. | | | Catalog # | 029627 | | Applications | Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry.
