ABHD11, WBSCR21, Abhydrolase domain-containing protein 11, Williams-Beuren syndrome chromosomal region 21 protein

ABHDB encodes a protein containing an alpha/beta hydrolase fold domain. This protein is deleted in Williams syndrome, a multisystem developmental disorder caused by the deletion of contiguous genes at 7q11.23.

Storage and Stability

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

ABHDB antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 183~213 amino acids from the Central region of human ABHDB.
