Sulfatases (EC 3.1.5.6), such as ARSI, hydrolyze sulfate esters from sulfated steroids, carbohydrates, proteoglycans, and glycolipids. They are involved in hormone biosynthesis, modulation of cell signaling, and degradation of macromolecules

ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-500 Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50

Storage and Stability

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Immunogen

ARSI antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 461~491 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human ARSI.
