May be a substrate-recognition component of a SCF-like ECS (Elongin-Cullin-SOCS-box protein) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins (By similarity).

ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-500 Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100

Storage and Stability

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Immunogen

ASB17 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 184-214 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human ASB17.
