CLUL1 is a retina-specific clusterin-like protein which shows nearly 25% identity to clusterin at the protein level. It is expressed specifically in cone photoreceptor cells.

ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-500
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
CLUL1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 438-465 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human CLUL1.
