The protein encoded by this gene is a subunit of the CCR4-NOT core transcriptional regulation complex. The encoded protein has a 3'-5' RNase activity and prefers polyadenylated substates.

Storage and Stability

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Immunogen

CNOT6 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic between 415-442 amino acids selected from the C-terminal region of human CNOT6.
