CCDC85B, DIPA, Coiled-coil domain-containing protein 85B, Hepatitis delta antigen-interacting protein A

DIPA functions as a transcriptional repressor. It may inhibit the activity of CTNNB1 in a TP53-dependent manner and thus regulate cell growth. It may function in adipocyte differentiation, negatively regulating mitotic clonal expansion.

Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Indirect Flow Cytometry, ELISA
Recommended Dilution
ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:50-100 Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100 Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
DIPA antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 75~105 amino acids from the Center region of human DIPA.
Form
Supplied as a liquid in PBS, pH 7.2, 0.09% sodium azide.
Purity
Purified by saturated ammonium sulfate precipitation followed by dialysis against PBS.
Specificity
Recognizes human DIPA
