DUS1L catalyzes the synthesis of dihydrouridine, a modified base found in the D-loop of most tRNAs (By similarity).

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
DUS1L antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 320-349 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human DUS1L.
