ECHDC1 belongs to the enoyl-CoA hydratase/isomerase family. There are two named isoforms.

ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-500
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
ECHDC1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 261~291 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human ECHDC1.
