EME2, Probable crossover junction endonuclease EME2

EME2 forms a heterodimer with MUS81 (MIM 606591) that functions as an XPF (MIM 278760)-type flap/fork endonuclease in DNA repair (Ciccia et al., 2007 [PubMed 17289582]).

Storage and Stability

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

EME2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 248-278 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human EME2.
