This gene encodes a member of the hepatoma-derived growth factor (HDGF) family. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding slightly different isoforms have been found for this gene.

Applications

Suitable for use in Western Blot and ELISA. Other applications not tested.

Recommended Dilution

Western Blot: 1:1000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.

Storage and Stability

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide mapping to a fragment of residues within amino acids 51-79 in the N-terminal region of human HDGR2, UniProt Accession #Q7Z4V5. Species sequence homology: chicken, mouse, rat, Xenopus
