KLHDC8B, Kelch domain-containing protein 8B

This gene encodes a protein which forms a distinct beta-propeller protein structure of kelch domains allowing for protein-protein interactions. Mutations in this gene have been associated with Hodgkin lymphoma.

Storage and Stability

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Immunogen

KLHDC8B antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 244-273 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human KLHDC8B.
