Scaffold protein involved in the IL-1 signaling pathway via its interaction with the complex containing IRAK kinases and TRAF6. Required for NF-kappa-B activation and IL-8 gene expression in response to IL-1.

ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-500

Storage and Stability

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Immunogen

PELI1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic between 176-204 amino acids selected from the Central region of human PELI1.
