PGAP2 is involved in the lipid remodeling steps of GPI-anchor maturation. Required for stable expression of GPI-anchored proteins at the cell surface (By similarity).

Storage and Stability

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

PGAP2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 221-250 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human PGAP2.
