PRPF19 is the human homolog of yeast Pso4, a gene essential for cell survival and DNA repair.

Recommended Dilution

ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-500 Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-100 Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50

Storage and Stability

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Immunogen

PRPF19 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between amino acids 10-40 from the N-terminal region of human PRPF19.
