RHEBL1 binds GTP and exhibits intrinsic GTPase activity. May activate NF-kappa-B-mediated gene transcription. Promotes signal transduction through FRAP1, activates RPS6KB1, and is a downstream target of the small GTPase-activating proteins TSC1 and TSC2.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
RHEBL1 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 24-53 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human RHEBL1.
