GTPase activator for the Rho-type GTPases by converting them to an inactive GDP-bound state. Acts as a GTPase activitor in vitro for CDC42 and RAC1.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

RICH2 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 791-819 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human RICH2.
