RWDD3 enhances the sumoylation of a number of proteins including HIF1A, PIAS and I-kappa-B, through direct interaction with UBC9. This protein has no effect on ubiquitination.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

RWDD3 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 174~204 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human RWDD3.
