TJP3 is a member of the family of membrane-associated guanylate kinase-like proteins (MAGUK) that associate with intracellular junctions (Itoh et al., 1999 [PubMed 10601346]).

ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-500

Storage and Stability

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Immunogen

TJP3 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 101-129 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human TJP3.
