This gene encodes a member of the peptidase M1 family. TRHDE is an extracellular peptidase that specifically cleaves and inactivates the neuropeptide thyrotropin-releasing hormone.

Recommended Dilution

ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-500 Indirect Flow Cytometry: 1:10-50

Storage and Stability

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Immunogen

TRHDE antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 958-988 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human TRHDE.
