TRIM48 belongs to the TRIM/RBCC family. It contains one B box-type zinc finger, one B30.2/SPRY domain and one RING-type zinc finger. There are two named isoforms.

ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-500

Storage and Stability

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Immunogen

TRIM48 antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 41-71 amino acids from the N-terminal region of human TRIM48.
