Uronyl 2-sulfotransferase transfers sulfate to the 2-position of uronyl residues, such as iduronyl residues in dermatan sulfate and glucuronyl residues in chondroitin sulfate (Kobayashi et al., 1999 [PubMed 10187838]).

ELISA: 1:1,000 Western Blot: 1:100-500

Storage and Stability

May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Immunogen

UST antibody is generated from rabbits immunized with a KLH conjugated synthetic peptide between 290-319 amino acids from the C-terminal region of human UST.
