ANGPTL4 mainly expressed in endothelial cells (hypoxia-induced). Regulates angiogenesis and modulates tumorgenesis and directly regulates lipid, glucose, and energy metabolism. Inhibits proliferation, migration, and tubule formation of endothelial cells and reduces vascular leakage.

ApplicationsSuitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionELISA: 1:500-1:5000 (direct or indirect)
Western Blot: 1:500-1:5000 using ECL. Suggested blocking and dilution buffer is PBST, 0.05% Tween 20, 5% skim milk. Suggested incubation time is 1hour at RT.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by researcher.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
