Clone Host Grade Applications
Monoclonal Rabbit Supernatant B
PDRG, or p53 and DNA damage-regulated protein 1, may play a role in chaperone-mediated protein folding and may be linked to cell growth regulation (1, 2). Increased expression of PDRG in multiple human malignancies suggested it to be a high-value novel tumor marker that could play a role in cancer development and progression (2). PDRG is predominantly expressed in normal testis and exhibits reduced but detectable expression in other organs (1).
