Probable E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase which accepts ubiquitin from an E2 ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme in the form of a thioester and then directly transfers the ubiquitin to targeted substrates.
Applications
Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.

Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.

Partial recombinant protein corresponding to aa331-440 from human HECTD2 with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.
