Recommended Dilution
Immunofluorescence: 10ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (Formalin fixed paraffin embedded): 3ug/ml detects RASGEF1C on formalin fixed, paraffin embedded human stomach using immunoperoxidase staining. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
Immunogen
Partial recombinant protein corresponding to aa168-261 from human RASGEF1C (NP_778232) with GST tag. MW of the GST tag alone is 26kD.

Purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
