Northern blot analysis revealed weak expression restricted to a few tissues transcripts of 2.1 and 2.4 kb in prostate and a transcript of 1.8 kb in peripheral blood leukocytes. All tumor cell lines, however, strongly expressed the TNFSF13 2.1-kb transcript, and expression of extracellular or full-length TNFSF13 led to increased proliferation of various cell lines.

Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
