Cyclin-dependent kinase 4 inhibitor D (CDKN2D) is a specific inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinases CDK4 and CDK6. CDK4 is a subunit of the protein kinase complex that is important for cell cycle G1 phase progression.
Applications
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions
Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (formalin fixed paraffin embedded sections): 1-2ug/ml Immunohistochemistry: frozen Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability
Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
