Specifications

L-17RA receptor, its biological function is similar to that of IL-17A in that it induces the production of a variety of chemokines, in addition to airway neutrophilia. In regard to these functions, IL-17AF has less activity than the IL-17A homodimer but, greater activity than the IL-17F homodimer. Human and rat IL-17AF both show activity on mouse cells.

Storage and StabilityLyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
