Monoclonal Mouse Affinity Purified FC
Allergin-1, also known as Mast Cell Antigen (MCA32) and c17orf60, is a 70kD member of the Ig superfamily. It is expressed on mast cells, basophils, neutrophils, and macrophages, and is reported to negatively regulate allergic mediator release from mast cells. In particular, Allergin-1 interacts with FcepsilonRI. Upon IgE-mediated FcepsilonRI aggregation and activation, Allergin-1 recruits Tyr phosphatases to FcepsilonRI tetrameric complexes, dampening IgE receptor downstream signaling.
