| Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) Binding cassette transporter 7 (ABCA7). The ABC transporters are a large family of conserved proteins that transport a wide variety of molecules across cellular membranes. ABCA7 is a member of the ABC-A sub-family, which is predominantly expressed in the thymus and in other immune and haematopoietic tissues. The exact physiological function of ABCA7 is unknown, although the molecule shows the highest homology to ABCA1 and may play a similar role in lipid homeostasis. | | | Catalog # | A0004-02M2 | | Applications | Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Flow Cytometry: Neat, 10ul labels 1x10e6 cells in 100ul. | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile ddH2O. Aliquot and store at 4°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 6 months as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. | | CAS Number | n/a | | Clone Type | Monoclonal | | Isotype | IgG2a | | Clone No | 9E19 | | Host | Rat | | Source | Mouse | | Concentration | 100 Tests/ml | | Form | Supplied as a lyophilized powder in PBS pH7.4, 0.09% sodium azide, 1% BSA.
