ACAD-9 is localized to the mitochondria and plays a key role in the b-oxidation of long-chain unsaturated fatty acids. ACAD-9 is active toward palmitoyl-CoA and stearoyl-CoA substrates. | | Source | Synthetic peptide corresponding to aa594 from rat ACAD-9. | | Applications | Suitable for use in ELISA and Antibody Blocking. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
