SourceRecombinant human ACC1, aa39-end, with C-terminal GST tag, expressed in Baculovirus infected Sf9 cell expression system.
Specific Activity~40pmol/min/ug A 25ul ACC1 reaction is conducted in a buffer containing 30mM HEPES, pH 7.4, 2mM MgCl2, 2mM potassium citrate, 1mM DTT, 100uM ATP, 12mM NaHCO3 and 20uM acetyl-Co-A at 30°C for 45min ATP reduction is detected using ADP-Glo Luminescent Kinase Assay Platform.
ApplicationsSuitable for use in the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionOptimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityAliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months.
