| Alpha-1-acid glycoprotein (orosomucin) (A1AG) is a major serum glycoprotein of unknown physiological function. (1)alpha-1-acid glycoprotein (A1AG) has been implicated in cellular inflammation by increasing tissue factor expression and tumor necrosis factor alpha secretion of monocytes. alpha-1-acid glycoprotein (A1AG) protein is associated with five asparaginyl-linked complex oligosaccaride chains, the proportions and identities of which are altered in several physiological and pathological conditions (2)alpha-1-acid glycoprotein (A1AG) is also clinically important as a non-specific drug binder in serum. | | | Catalog # | A0550-20 | | Applications | Suitable for use in ELISA. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
