ApplicationsSuitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionImmunohistochemistry (frozen sections): 1:100. For enhanced cortex staining, preincubate fixed sections with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS for 1-5 min prior to first antibody incubation step. Suggested incubation time: 1hour at RT.
Western Blot: 1:1000 by ECL
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
