ApplicationsSuitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.
Recommended DilutionsImmunohistochemistry (Frozen): 1:200. For enhanced cortex staining, preincubate fixed sections with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS for 1-5 minutes prior to first antibody incubation step. Suggested incubation time: 1hour at RT.
Western Blot: 1:2000 (ECL)
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
