| Acinus (Apoptotic Chromatin condensation inducer in nucleus) is an inducer of chromatin condensation upon apoptotic signal. Acinus is cleaved by Caspase 3 and an unknown protease to a 17kD peptide, which triggers the chromatin condensation. Acinus is expressed ubiquitously. It shows three differentially spliced forms in human and mouse designated AcinusL, AcinusS’ and AcinusS. | | | Catalog # | A0600-02C | | Applications | Suitable for use in Western Blot.
