Applications	Suitable for use in Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
	Anti-Human Actin Bundles can be used to stain Actin Bundles in cell or tissue preparations and can be used to identify Actin Bundles in subcellular fractions. The antibody works well with paraformaldehyde-fixed frozen tissue or cell preparations and formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Muscle is the recommended positive control tissue.
Antigen preservation	Fresh cells cultured on microscope slide are recommended. Formaldehyde fixation followed by acetone to make cells permeable. Cells are not air dryed but stored in PBS at 4°C to preserve cell structure.
Staining pattern	Stains actin bundles in human fibroblasts & epithelial cells. Lymphoid cells are generally not stained.
