Represents an excellent marker for myogenic soft tissue tumors and smooth muscle differentiation, cultured stress fibers of smooth muscle-derived cells, and some smooth muscle subtype fibroblasts.

Applications	Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry (frozen and paraffin-embedded tissue as well as cytological material). Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilutions	Immunohistochemistry: Ready-to-use on frozen sections. Paraffin embedded sections require protease pretreatment prior to antibody application. Incubate 1 hour at RT; extended with paraffin.
	Optimal dilution to be determined by researcher.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
