Actinin is a F-actin cross linking protein and is thought to anchor actin to a variety of intracellular structures. At least 4 isoforms of alpha actinin have been found. This antibody reacts specifically with alpha actinin isoform1.

Recommended Dilution	Western Blot: 3.5 ug/ml
	Immunohistochemistry (formalin fixed and paraffin embedded tissues): 3.5-7.0 ug/ml

Storage and Stability	Lyophilized powder may be stored at -20°C. Stable for 12 months at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile PBS to concentration of 0.1-1mg/ml. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C Aliquot and store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
