Recommended Dilution
Western Blot 0.5-2.0ug/ml Detects recombinant ATF2, phosphorylated by JNK1 1/SAPK1c, active, using a cold kinase assay. ATF2 and ATF2 phosphorylated by JNK1 1/SAPK1c, active were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti-phospho-ATF2 (Ser90) (0.5ug/ml). Proteins were visualized using a rabbit anti-sheep secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system.
Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and StabilityMay be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
