| Activins are dimers consisting of two beta subunits. Several types of beta subunits have been described. These beta subunits can also heterodimerize with a constant alpha subunit to form Inhibins. The b-c subunit homodimerizes to form Activin C and has also been reported to heterodimerize with the b-A subunit. | | | Catalog # | A0855-94 | | Applications | Suitable for use in RIA, Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry, ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | ELISA: 0.5-1.0ug/ml | | Western Blot: 0.1-0.2ug/ml | | Immunohistochemistry: 5-15ug/ml | | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Storage and Stability | Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
