Concentration~0.05mg/ml
FormSupplied as a lyophilized powder. Reconstitute to 1ml final volume.
PurityPurified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
ImmunogenRecombinant AAV-2 Rep78 protein.
SpecificityAntigen recognized in Human in Species (tested so far). Reacts with Rep proteins (Rep78, Rep68, Rep52 and Rep40) of human AAV-2-infected cells. Shows low affinity which is most useful in affinity chromatography experiments where mild conditions can be used for dissociation of the antigen. In immunoblotting it reacts mainly with Rep52 and Rep40, faint reaction with Rep78 and Rep68.
