Applications	Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and ELISA. Other applications not tested.
Recommended Dilution	Immunofluorescence: 1:5-1:25. Direct FA staining of target antigens in a permissive tissue culture system. Acetone fixation of the antigen source is recommended prior to staining.
	ELISA: 1:2500.
	Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
Storage and Stability	May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for at least 6 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.

Uninfected Cell Reactivity: Negative vs. HE-p2, LLCMK2 and Vero cells by indirect immunofluorescence. Reactive with types 2, 3, 4, 5 & 6. Broad reactivity with most/all Adeno types expected.
