Other applications not tested. | | Recommended Dilution | Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. | | Inactivation | Heated to 54 degrees for 2 hours. Confirmed inactive by growth on 293 cells for 2 weeks with no CPE observed. | | Storage and Stability | Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. | | Note | No test guarantees a product to be non-infectious. All materials should be handled as if potentially infectious.
