| ARL4A, also known as ADP-ribosylation factor-like protein 4A, is a member of the ARF-like protein (ARL) subfamily of small GTPases. It is most closely related to ARL6 and ARL7. Unlike ARFs, ARL4 does not activate the cholera toxin ADP-ribosyltranferase. This protein may play a role in neurogenesis during embryonic development and somitogenesis in the early stages of adult spermatogenesis. Purified by using conventional chromatography. | | | Catalog # | A0901-90G | | Source | Recombinant corresponding to aa1-200 of human ARL4A, fused to His-tag at N-terminal, expressed in E.coli. | | AA Sequence | MGSSHHHHHH SSGLVPRGSH MGNGLSDQTS ILSNLPSFQS FHIVILGLDC AGKTTVLYRL QFNEFVNTVP TKGFNTEKIK VTLGNSKTVT FHFWDVGGQE KLRPLWKSYT RCTDGIVFVV DSVDVERMEE AKTELHKITR ISENQGVPVL IVANKQDLRN SLSLSEIEKL LAMGELSSST | | PWHLQPTCAI IGDGLKEGLE KLHDMIIKRR KMLRQQKKKR | | Molecular Weight | ~24.7kD (220aa), confirmed by MALDI-TOF | | Storage and Stability | May be stored at 4°C for short-term only.
